Thesis: ...The lifestyle of the civilians in both Britain and France definitely changed; the poorer regions of both France and Britain declined to an even poorer state, whereas the richer civilians weren't as heavily impacted from funding the Revolution, which also dealt a huge blow on the economy and taxes.
